Anurag Jaiswal –
While the mystery was intriguing, I felt like the solution came out of nowhere. Hawthorne’s deductions seemed a bit far-fetched this time. Not my favorite in the series.
Aman Dubey –
Another great Hawthorne mystery! Horowitz always delivers. The locked-room aspect was clever, though I found the chef characters a bit stereotypical. Overall, a solid read.
Naman Saini –
Another fantastic entry in the Hawthorne series! The locked-room puzzle was cleverly done, and the resolution was both surprising and satisfying. Highly recommended.
Divya Mekala –
Absolutely brilliant! The plot was intricate and the characters were well-developed. I couldn’t put it down. A must-read for any mystery fan.
Gagandeep Singh –
I’m a big fan of Horowitz, but this one felt a little rushed. The plot twists were there, but I didn’t feel as invested in the characters this time. Still enjoyable, though.
Ashutosh Pandey –
Enjoyable read, as always! The writing is sharp and the pace is quick. I did find some of the cooking terminology a little overwhelming, but it didn’t detract too much.
Abhishek Anand –
Hawthorne and Horowitz are a winning combination! This book kept me guessing until the very end. The culinary world setting was a fun backdrop for the mystery.
Kapil Tyagi –
A good, solid mystery, but nothing groundbreaking. If you’re looking for a quick and easy read, this will do the trick. The ending was a bit predictable, though.
Bhavuk Pareyani –
This one was just okay for me. I found the mystery a bit convoluted and some of the clues felt forced. Not Horowitz’s best work, in my opinion.
Smitesh Sunil Gadge –
I was hooked from the first page! Hawthorne is such a unique and compelling character. The mystery was well-crafted and the ending was satisfying.
