Manik Lakhwani –
Yang Wen-li is already my favorite! Reinhard is a compelling villain, but I’m rooting for the Alliance. The battles are well-described and the scale is impressive.
Chirag Arora –
Good introduction to the universe, but the pacing felt a little slow at times. I’m hoping the action picks up in later volumes. Solid world-building overall.
Shashank Dilip Bhavsar –
Interesting characters and plot. The translation felt a bit clunky in places, but it didn’t detract too much from the story. I’d recommend it.
Krishna Saraf –
Classic space opera done right! Military strategies and the political world-building are fascinating. A must-read for sci-fi fans.
Preet Singh –
I can see why this is a classic! The characters are interesting and the plot is engaging. It’s little dense for casual reading, but worth it.
Parth Sarthy Parmar –
Loved the strategic elements and the contrasting ideologies. Some of the philosophical discussions were a bit heavy-handed, though. Overall a great read.
Ankit –
A promising start to a grand space opera! The political intrigue is thick, but it took me a bit to connect with the characters. Still, excited to see where it goes.
Anwesha Pal Chaudhuri –
Not bad at all. This book makes me want to read the whole series. I am looking forward to seeing what happens to all the characters.
Khushi Maheshwari –
Not usually a sci-fi reader, but I was hooked! The characters are memorable, even if it was initially difficult to keep track of everyone.
Shashank Rai –
Enjoyed the book overall. Some parts were confusing, but the general story kept me engaged. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes.
Angad Chhatwal –
The story explores the pros and cons of democracy vs. autocracy. I loved it! The characters are well-developed and the plot is complex.
Varun Bajaj –
A bit slow in the beginning, but it eventually picks up. By the end I was hooked. The story is compelling and the ending is very well done.
