10 reviews for One Piece, Vol 9: Volume 9

  1. Yatindra Narayan Jha

I enjoyed learning more about Nami’s past. Arlong is a formidable foe. Some panels felt a little cluttered, making it hard to discern the action. Still a worthwhile read.

  2. Srishti Rana

I have mixed feelings. Nami’s backstory is sad, but Arlong is a bit of a one-dimensional villain. The art is decent, but nothing special. I expected better.

  3. Anirudha Gorai

One Piece continues to deliver! Action-packed with a compelling story. Arlong’s Park is dark, but the Straw Hats shine. The story got a little slow for me in the middle.

  4. Mohit Bansal

I liked this volume, but it was very heavy. Nami’s past is dark, and it affected the tone. The art continues to be amazing! A must-read for One Piece fans.

  5. Shubhkirti Singh

A pivotal volume in the series. The emotional weight of Nami’s situation is palpable. The humor is still present, offering a good balance. The art style is unique and great.

  6. Tripti Arora

Another great installment in the One Piece saga. The emotional depth of Nami’s character is explored beautifully. Some fight scenes were a bit confusing to follow, but overall a fantastic read.

  7. Akash Kaushal

Volume was a rollercoaster! Arlong is a truly despicable villain, and Nami’s backstory had me in tears. The art is fantastic, as always, but the pacing felt a bit rushed in some parts.

  8. Kamakshi Jangid

Arlong’s introduction is menacing! Nami’s development is heartbreaking and inspiring. Oda’s storytelling is top-notch. Great fight scenes and story.

  9. Aditi Singh

Volume really ramped up the intensity! Seeing the crew rally around Nami was awesome. I am hooked. Though sometimes it felt a bit too dramatic.

  10. Parth Jain

One of the best volumes so far! Nami’s resilience is remarkable. The fight against Arlong is intense. Some parts were predictable, but I liked it!
