   I enjoyed learning more about Nami’s past. Arlong is a formidable foe. Some panels felt a little cluttered, making it hard to discern the action. Still a worthwhile read.

   I have mixed feelings. Nami’s backstory is sad, but Arlong is a bit of a one-dimensional villain. The art is decent, but nothing special. I expected better.

    One of the best volumes so far! Nami’s resilience is remarkable. The fight against Arlong is intense. Some parts were predictable, but I liked it!
