A dark and unsettling read. Frieda’s internal battles added a layer of complexity, but sometimes overshadowed the main plot.

Another twisty Frieda Klein novel! I enjoyed the suspense, but found Frieda’s personal struggles a bit distracting this time. Still a good read though.

Nicci French does it again! “Waiting for Wednesday” kept me guessing. Frieda is such a compelling character, even when she’s at her lowest.
