8 reviews for Maigret, Lognon and the Gangsters

  1. Shivangi Singh

I liked the setting and the interactions. It was great to see Maigret outside of France. Although, the plot seemed a bit thin.

  2. Rahul Kumar Vig

A good, quick read. The gangster element was a nice change of pace for Maigret, but the resolution felt a little too convenient. Worth reading.

  3. Anmol Singh

I had mixed feelings. The first half was slow. However, the second half delivered thrilling cat and mouse game. In the end, the slow start was worth it.

  4. Anushka Bhargava

Enjoyable enough, but I found some of the characters a little flat. Maigret himself is always compelling. A decent addition to the series.

  5. Anik Nayek

Simenon at his finest! Maigret’s methods are always fascinating, and this case with the American gangsters was particularly intriguing. Highly recommend!

  6. Tushar Sharma

A solid Maigret novel, though not my absolute favorite. The gangsters added an interesting element, but the plot felt a bit rushed. Still a good read for fans.

  7. Haadiya Urooj

Maigret is always a win. This entry has just the right amount of mystery. It also delivers in regards to the atmosphere I crave in these novels.

  8. Shambhavi Singh Rajput

The atmosphere was great, as always with Simenon. The plot kept me guessing, and I enjoyed seeing Maigret outsmart the criminals.
