  1. J Raghunath

Not for casual readers. The language is challenging. I was expecting more, given Marlowe’s reputation, but it was good.

  2. Vivek Vijayakumar

I am so happy to have Marlowe’s complete works in one volume. The paper quality is nice, and the editing is solid.

  3. Reju Rohan

Essential for scholars, but not the easiest read. The introductions were helpful, but some plays felt repetitive. Overall, a good purchase.

  4. Md Shakeeb Asghar

A comprehensive collection. Tamburlaine was a bit long-winded, but Doctor Faustus is worth the price of admission alone. Solid edition.

  5. Uday Teja Gudaparthi

Some plays were hard to enjoy. Though it does have some really good play, I was expecting more of it overall.

  6. Anurag Srivastava

An important collection of plays by one of the most important playwrites. Book came in perfect condition and in time.

  7. Prince Sant

Good for academic purposes. Not the most entertaining read, but it’s definitely historically significant. “Dido, Queen of Carthage” was moving.

  8. Swagatika Panda

Some plays were amazing, others not so much. The quality varied, making it an uneven reading experience, but i liked it overall.

  9. Tushar Choudhary

A mixed bag. Some moments of brilliance, but also some dull stretches. Worth exploring if you’re interested in the era.

  10. Ansh Dubey

I have always wanted to read Marlowe’s works and it does not disapoint. Though can be difficult to understand, I am happy

  11. Pallavi Singh

Marlowe’s genius shines through, but the archaic language was a struggle at times. Still, a must-read for any serious drama fan. Loved Doctor Faustus!

  12. Debaraj Roy

Some plays held my attention more than others. Overall, it’s good, but it depends on your personal preferences for drama.

  13. Vaibhavi Bharadwaj

I enjoyed the historical context provided. Marlowe’s writing is powerful and thought-provoking. A great addition to my library.

  14. Sahil Khadane

Excellent edition with helpful notes. Marlowe’s characters are fascinating. I specially liked “The Jew of Malta.”

  15. Siddharth Gaur

A wonderful collection of plays. The introductions are informative. Highly recommended for students of literature.

  16. Aakanksha Singh

A bit dense, but rewarding. You need to be prepared to invest time and effort, but it is worth it. “Edward II” was my favorite.
