The artwork is stunning! However, the writing style was a little dry. My favorite part was Boudicca’s revolt section. Not bad, but could be better.

Not bad at all. As someone new to the topic this was very informative, the illustration really enhanced the experience for me.

I enjoyed learning about Roman Britain! The book is engaging and accessible, although I wished for a bit more depth on certain topics. Overall, a good read.

  6. Ankit Singh

The book provides good insight into the Roman occupation. I did feel it lacked in the social aspect of the people during the Roman era.

  7. Aryan Bansal

A good overview, but felt rushed in places. The illustrations are excellent and really helped visualize the era. Worth a read for beginners.

  8. Sumit Bahuguna

A decent introduction to Roman Britain. Some sections were more captivating than others, but overall, informative and well-presented.

  9. Abhishek Chaurasia

As an amateur historian this book provided great insight on a period I already knew about. I feel this book is great for anyone.
