Axel Scheffler does it again! My kids adore creating crazy creatures. Great for giggles and imaginative play. The book seems durable and has already survived much flipping!

A cute idea, but my little one got bored with it quickly. The animal combinations are funny, but not engaging enough for repeated reads. Good quality pages.
Thejus Chandran C –
A nice book, but not as captivating as I’d hoped. The concept is unique but my child only played with it a couple of times. Good for hand-eye coordination though.

My toddler loves this book! The rhyming text is catchy and the flip-flap concept keeps him entertained. It’s a bit flimsy, though, so we have to be careful with the pages.
Anant Agarwal –
Great for a quick, silly read. My preschooler loves making weird animals. The illustrations are classic Scheffler. Some of the combinations are hilarious!
Aaditi –
This Flip Flap Zoo is alright. My son enjoys it, but I find the rhymes a little repetitive. Still, it’s a fun way to learn about animals. The concept of flipping pages is very engaging.
Mrinalini Vashisht –
It’s a fun concept, but I wish there were more animal options. My daughter flipped through it a few times and then lost interest. Good, sturdy board book format.
